Stretch, laugh, stand, and win! Bingocize is a twist on the fun game we all played as children. Bingocize classes improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
Food Smarts for Adults Classes
Eat more fruits and vegetables and learn healthy and delicious ways to improve health. Change eating habits in “small bites.”
Elder Justice Lunch and Learn
Industry experts and elder justice warriors meet for an hour to share resources and best practices to enhance the lives of older adults. Third Tuesday of the month from 12:00 – 1:00.
Ask questions about Medicare and additional insurance options. HICAP meetings give unbiased assistance to help older adults make the right decisions for their needs.
Connect virtually with other Solano County LGBTQ seniors in a supportive environment to socialize, learn about resources, and discuss issues/topics pertaining to the community. Fridays from 12:00 – 1:30.

Solano County Virtual Dementia Caregiver Support Groups
Support groups provide a safe and confidential environment for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate participants about dementia and help them develop strategies and skills to solve problems. Fourth Thursday 9:00 – 10:30 am; Second Wednesday 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
Tai Chi for Arthritis
Classes are offered virtually, for beginners and experts. All you need is a computer and space to stand and stretch. Tai Chi strengthens core muscles, improves balance, and reduces the risk of falls.
Exercise for Arthritis Workshops
Low-impact, physical activity program proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. The routines include gentle range-of-motion exercises and are suitable for every fitness level.
