In alignment with the California Master Plan for Aging, the Solano Master Plan for Aging and Disability (MPAD) identifies six key action plans - awareness of and access to services, housing, healthcare, transportation, mental health and safety. These focus areas are the foundation of a community-driven action plan designed to empower older and differently abled adults on their path to lifelong wellness.
